1) What is the design process?
First, please browse through our galleries to get a feel for what direction you would like to take your invitation creations; alternatively, if you already have an image in mind, just let us know! Still not sure? Begin making note of certain color schemes, themes, or anything else you are drawn to in magazines, websites, and the world around you, and we will begin from there! We will discuss your ideas, price point, and questions or concerns either through email, phone, or a personal consultation. Epiphany Designs will then create up to three online proof page prototypes for you to review. (*Please note that there is a non-refundable $60 fee for this service – however, this amount will be credited off your future $100+ order for invitations*).

Once an invitation is chosen, Epiphany Designs will make any required changes, providing on-line proof pages as necessary. A completed proof will be mailed for your personal inspection, after which we ask that you send your final approval through email. Once done, and payment is received, printing begins! Invitations will be completed between 6 – 8 weeks after this time.
2) What are the invitation prices?
As our invitations and other wedding stationary are customized, pricing will vary for each order. However, we pride ourselves on finding “your perfect match”, both personality-and-budgetary-wise, so please do not hesitate to contact us!

3) Is there a minimum quantity of invitations?
Our minimum quantity for invitations is 20.

4) How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to printing beginning. The balance is then due prior to shipment.

5) What methods of payment do you take?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, or credit card through PayPal.

6) Do you take international clients (outside of Canada)?
We love our international friends, and are always happy to help! Please note, however, that any duties, customs and brokerage fees charged for international shipping of orders are the responsibility of the client.

7) Can you address my invitations and reply cards?
Yup! Having your invitations and reply cards pre-addressed can save you oodles of time, so feel free to contact us for pricing.

8) In what currency do you charge?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars.

9) Are you able to rush my order?
Not a problem. Rush orders will incur an additional 30% charge (minimum $50) and are subject to material availability.

10) Do you only "do" weddings?
Of course not! There are so many events that could use gorgeous invitations, and we would love it to be yours! From baby showers to girls weekend getaways, house warming parties to company events, our chic invites will set the right tone. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
